Robert Cameron
Robert is a Melbourne-based creative who began his film and television journey at the VCA before entering the industry as a DP and assistant editor on TV commercials.
He has since established himself as a director, specialising in psychologically nuanced character portraits, often paired with a distinct liminal visual style.
In 2024, his short film GOING UNDER screened at the Oscar-qualifying St Kilda Film Festival in the Brave New Worlds and Best of Victoria sessions, receiving a warm reception.
As a collaborator, Rob has also worked on projects featured across Netflix, Stan, Channel 9, Channel 7, ABC and SBS.
